The Scoreboard
What gets measured, and what's still to come.
Three ways progress gets tracked here — and an honest account of where this coaching practice currently stands.
The bar
Top sets logged every session on squat, bench and deadlift. The scoreboard can't flatter you and it can't lie to you.
The week
Sessions attended, not sessions planned. A program you complete at eighty percent beats a perfect one you abandon.
The stuff that doesn't graph
Stairs, sleep, how your back feels after a long shift, picking a kid up without bracing for it. We ask about these on purpose.
Founding Clients
Be my next success story.
I'm early in this, and I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. Being early is the offer: a coach with room in his calendar, thought put into every session, follow-up between them, and someone personally invested in proving this works — because your results are the ones I'll be pointing at.
Client results are coming soon — I'd rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
